Elisa found a perfect home for me, then sold my condo over asking. Wow. Elisa is most impressive. We discussed the parameters of what I wanted and didn't want in a home and neighborhood. She came back with great recommendations and even went out of her way to check houses during the 2021 summer heatwave of death, sometimes by herself, until she found the perfect house for me. She is also very knowledgeable about the market, things I would have fix, how, and when. Oh but there's more: Elisa was then in charge of selling the condo after I moved out of it. She did a terrific job planning, recommending upgrades, reminding me to do things, and was able to sell the old condo way over the asking price, with early offers, and with a very quick closing. Elisa is the best, go with her.

I am incredibly grateful to have crossed paths with Elisa. My husband and I are first time home buyers. We were filled with stress and anxiety and overwhelmed with everything that comes with buying a house. El is an absolute professional. She knows what she's doing and what she is talking about. When we looked at houses she took time to notice every detail. She does this because she wants you to be 100 percent happy with your purchase. Her knowledge and expertise is priceless. She never made us feel like a burden, or that our questions were invalid. You can tell that she loves what she does, and that is what makes her even better at her job. You will not regret working with El, she is the best.

I have been involved in at least 5 home purchases over the course of my lifetime, and Elisa was, by far, the most helpful real estate agent I've ever worked with. After watching Seattle Real Estate closely for a few years, I was doing what I thought was going to be window shopping in preparation for buying the following year after saving a bit more for a larger down payment. We ended up in a highly competitive multi-offer situation with over a dozen bids; the guidance I received from Elisa ended up being spot on, with my bid being the second highest but with the most compelling terms for the seller. Elisa helped secure the perfect home in the extremely competitive Seattle 2020 pandemic market. She was with me every step of the way and even continued to assist with repair recommendations even after the purchase was complete! As a trans-woman, it was also extremely important to me to have a very LGBTQ+ competent agent to help me feel safe, respected, and cared for. Elisa was perfect for that, helping guide me throughout a process that can be a bit daunting... and now I have a home that I love!
